The mission of Clean Fuels Michigan is to accelerate the transition to clean transportation in Michigan by advocating for the suite of alternative fuels including biofuels, hydrogen, propane, natural gas, and electric vehicles. We are excited to welcome three new board members to help us accomplish our goals. At CALSTART, Maureen leads all clean transportation related projects for the Midwest, as well as national activities focused on connected and automated transportation. She is a veteran in the automotive industry and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with organizations in key technology sectors that focused on clean transportation, including with vehicle OEMs, tier suppliers and consulting work. She has held engineering positions with both Ford and Chrysler (DaimlerChrysler), where she played a leading role Chryslerโs electric vehicle program in the 1990โs and she has also worked on advanced global powertrains, electrical and vehicle testing systems. Maureen holds a Masterโs in Business Administration from Auburn University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, as well as a certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT.

Margaret OโRiley has recently joined Electrada, after a 5+ year stint at Duke Energy where was the lead of EV, auto and battery projects as part of the Economic Development team. She also has spent the past year on an internal Duke team to launch a fleet electrification business, bringing her extensive auto industry network to the effort. OโRiley spent five years at Duke after serving 12+ years in various executive level roles at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation including Senior Vice President of External Relations, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Michigan Business Ombudsman, and Michigan Film Commissioner. Additionally, Margaret founded and ran OโRiley Consulting for 10 years, which provided tax incentive consulting, marketing, and government relations counsel to companies. Her clients included Johnson Controls, Bosch, El Paso Energy, amongst others, including over 120+ tool and die companies statewide. She graduated from Michigan State University, and resides in Fenton, Michigan.

As one of the leaders in the eMobility team, he is responsible for aligning strategic partnerships, supporting both IC Bus and International Truck customers as they look to electrify their fleets and help set the direction for the ongoing eMobility initiatives. He has been cited in many industry publications, including Frost & Sullivan, on electric vehicle market trends and powertrain systems. Leading up to his career at Navistar, Jason spent nearly 15 years in the commercial vehicle space. Most recently, he was a vital member of the team responsible for creating AxleTech electric vehicle systems, growing it and selling it to Allison Transmission in 2019. Before AxleTech, Jason spent nine years in engineering, program management, and business development at Hendrickson, supporting new product launches from concept to production for defense and commercial vehicles.
