Description: MIO TAC provides technical assistance and match funding to projects applying to these funding opportunities in 2025 TAC Window 1, as well as grant identification assistance for projects that have not yet identified an appropriate funding source. Projects selected for grant writing technical assistance or match reservation will receive a preliminary grant readiness analysis, to determine the potential competitiveness of an application for the identified federal discretionary program.
Eligible Projects: Communities are encouraged to determine projects they would like to pursue funds for as early as possible. The targeted grants vary widely and can be applied to infrastructure projects across all asset classes (energy, environment, water, roads, bridges, ports, trails, electric vehicles, facilities, and more!). Communities can apply for support with other Bipartisan Infrastructure Law grants not targeted, but with similar release dates.
